Join us for our first Field-to-Fork cooking class: harvesting fresh ingredients grown at our Cyrenians Green Space Centre to create a fresh and vibrant Italian Meal. We’re joined by qualified chef and Slow Food Edinburgh Chair, Lucia Ortisi to share her expertise in the kitchen, highlighting traditional Italian techniques, the importance of seasonality, and the cultural heritage behind each dish. This event is taking place on Thursday 3rd of September from 10.30-2pm at our Cyrenians Green Space Centre.
