Trauma-Informed Leadership equips leaders with a practical and biblical understanding of how trauma affects individuals and communities. Through insightful teaching and real-world application, students will learn to lead with greater compassion, awareness, and effectiveness while creating environments that support healing, growth, and resilience. The aim of this course is to help pastors and leaders responsible for people gain a better understanding of: — What trauma is. — How to recognise it in children, youth, adults and self. — What their first response to trauma should be. — What are the tools available to them to help. — What is their responsibility and healthy boundaries as pastors and leaders. — How to pastor people affected by trauma to a place of health and restoration.
