One of very few 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training UK courses underpinned by the philosophy of Tantra, somatics and embodiment. The curriculum moves away from some of the modern , dogmatic teaching methods toward a freer, more embodied approach to yoga…back to its roots of being as a pathway to agency. This teacher training is for students looking to develop their understanding of their yoga practice and continue their spiritual journey. We believe yoga is for EVERYBODY, and weave inclusion, ethics and trauma informed theory to support accessibility. This 200hr training will provide you with the tools, skills and knowledge to be an authentic yoga teacher, or simply deepen your own spiritual journey. The aim of the syllabus is to cover all aspects of yoga philosophy, focusing on the Tantric principle of embodied states of being, and the introduction of applied embodied and somatic anatomy. In addition, there will be exploration of the subtleties of the practice to include the energetic body, chakras, pranayama and meditation. What is included? A mentored approach to finding yourself as a teacher authentically, coming away from a rigid approach to yoga teaching. This will help you and others find an authentic way of being An exploration into you through your body as a portal to everything that you are A deep dive into Tantrik Philosophy, through the maps that support the terrain of life and space holding.
