About this event
This is a friendly and popular Nordic walking Group for those who have completed a Power of Poles induction course. We explore the forest trails in Delamere Forest and cover 2-3 miles. It is a sociable walk at a slower pace than the Monday walk but faster than a wellness walk. This allows us time to chat , take in our surroundings and discuss flora, fauna and historical snippets. . Please bring a small rucsac with your drink and any medication you may need Car parking Fees apply in Forest Centre, Tree Tops, Old Pale, Whitefield carparks or become a member of Delamere Forest for an annual fee of £72.00 and carparking isincluded for a year CLICK HERE
