Run in conjunction with the Vincent H.R.D. Owners Club, enjoy displays of over 350 Classic Motorcycles (built prior to 2001). Vote for your favourite for the Best in Show winner. Live music from Midnight Shift at the bandstand. If you would like to display your classic motorcycle, bookings are open from Monday 13th April on our website. Vintage motorcycles and trams in one great day!

Past Times - Homefront

Experience the 1940s with an evacuation via tram, make a gas mask, learn to dance 1940s style and listen to the sound of a Battle of Britain Merlin engine, courtesy of Hucknall Flight Test Museum. Live music on the bandstand from The Mat Pack swing band and Tripliquette, and enjoy a World War II singalong in the Red Lion, ending the day with a VE Day finale.

Dinosaur Day

Sure to be a roaring success! Our popular event is back for 2026 with some different dinosaurs from last year and a dinosaur trail through the woodland walk to earn a sticker. See the herbivore compound with Stegosaurus and Parasaurolophus on Derwent View and the meat eaters, T-Rex and Dilophosaurus at the marquee.

Pirate Day

Shiver me timber me hearties and join us for a day of fun piracy on the not so high seas. Sing along with sea shanties, join pirate school and learn how to talk like a pirate, make your own pirate hat and see if you can find the pirate treasure. Why not put your best pirate clothes on and come and join in the fun!
