About this event
The 30-minute online ASPIRE Awareness session gives you a brief introduction to the ASPIRE health check, what is involved and what happens next with your committee and staff. Health checks are a great way of taking a step back and a critical look at your area of strengths and improvement. They help address problems before they get out of control or reassure you things are going well. The ASPIRE health check focusses on resilience. Resilient organisations encounter problems just like any other but have the strength to get through them and continue delivering. Unlike some other health checks, ASPIRE can be used by organisations of any size and structure and is free to West Dunbartonshire based organisations. book your place
