FORMAL NOTICE TO MEMBERS OF THE BRITISH JUDO COUNCIL Issued under Section 305 Companies Act 2006 By the Requisitioning Members Date: 16 th July 2026 NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING (EGM) Dear Members, This is the formal statutory notice convening an Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) of the British Judo Council (“the Company”), issued by the requisitioning members under section 305 of the Companies Act 2006 . On 24 June 2026 , members representing more than 5% of the voting rights submitted a valid requisition under section 303 Companies Act 2006 , requiring the Headquarters Committee (“HQC”) to call an EGM. Under section section 304(1) . and Article 10 of the Company’s Articles of Association, the HQC was legally required to call the EGM within 21 days . The HQC has failed to do so . Accordingly, under section 305 , the requisitioning members are now convening the EGM themselves. Date, Time, and Location of the EGM Date: 16 th August 2026 Time: 2:00pm Venue: This will be an online meeting plus the Head Office will be open for the meeting should they wish to attend there.
