Wednesday 1915 – 2015 hours Term Dates : 6 July – 31 July 2026 (4 weeks) Cost: £8 per session; £28 for 4 sessions this term; £12 for 2 classes on the same day (mix and match at any session in the same 4 week block) Location : Plas Mawr Community Centre, Highfields, Blackwood, NP12 1HB Please contact me for prior booking. Please let me know before class if this is your first yoga class or if you are not confident about your experience and/or yoga ability. We can also have a chat about any health issues that may impede your yoga practice. If you have not joined my yoga sessions before, please complete a British Wheel of Yoga Health Questionnaire here before your first session. Class schedule subject to change.
