Euspira™ Ocean Sound Bath Saturday 19th September, 3:00pm – 4:00pm Your invitation to join a small group for the immersive Euspira™ ocean sound bath…The coastal healing experience. Starting with a guided meditation, followed by your journey through the Euspira™ seascape, accompanied by singing bowls, ocean drum and healing sounds of nature, your Euspira™ ocean sound bath will leave you refreshed and relaxed. Please bring a mat, cushion and blanket. Limited spaces available, tickets £12.50.
