Duration 2 hours Taking inspiration from our favourite season, join a group class and learn to make Flavours of Summer Chocolates. Following an introduction with tea or coffee and chocolate tasting, you will then make: 9 Orange milk chocolate truffles 6 Chocolate discs topped with raspberries and strawberries using Colombian milk or dark chocolate 9 Mojito truffles using white chocolate Skills you will learn; · How to pipe into truffle shells · Tempering chocolate · Make a flavoured ganache filling · Decorating techniques · How to use cocoa butter prints Gift them to friends and family or indulge yourself. Chocolate by Miss Witt is a nut free business. Our chocolate workshops contain milk and soya in all chocolate used. In addition the decorations applied contain barley and wheat. Please be aware there is also the risk of cross contamination of eggs, and oats which are used in the kitchen.
