The LYN cafe is open every Thursday from 10:30am until 12:45pm at the Salthouse. There's always free tea, coffee and cakes at the ready, as well as good conversation and fun activities like pool, table tennis and table football. It's a great space to find community and a chance to meet new people. Jacket potatoes are served from 12:00pm with a choice of toppings. We also have a weekly foodbank if you need a little extra support. Come and check it out for yourself!
