About this event
Community Threads is a friendly and free sewing group for women from ethnic minority backgrounds to learn basic sewing skills, sewing machine usage, embroidery and textile styles from different cultures. We reuse fabrics and textiles, experiment, learn from each other and chat over hot drinks and biscuits. It is a free weekly group that runs on Fridays from 12:30pm to 3:30pm in the Sparks Bristol ground floor Department Of Discovery.
