Each session blends gentle breathwork, guided meditation, healing intentions, and intuitive insights. Every Monday carries a different theme, sometimes focused on releasing stress, other times on heart healing, clarity, grounding, or reconnecting with your inner wisdom. These sessions are crafted to meet you exactly where you are, offering a soft, supportive pathway back to balance. I’m Sophia Sitzoukis, and it’s my joy to guide you through these weekly journeys.
