We’re excited to welcome a brand-new 4-week Beginner Pilates course designed especially for those who are new to Pilates or looking to build confidence in a supportive environment. This weekly Monday evening class will gently introduce you to the core principles of Pilates in a slow-paced and encouraging setting. Every movement can be adapted to suit your individual needs and ability, allowing you to progress at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Our studio is a warm, welcoming, and non-judgemental space, with small class sizes (maximum 8 people) to ensure plenty of guidance and support throughout your journey. Once you have completed the 4-week block you will then be able to swap to a daytime class or continue on a Monday night. Whether you’re completely new to Pilates or returning to movement after a break, this course is the perfect place to start. £36 for all 4 sessions. Dates are: 25 May and 1st, 8th, 15th June. If you are unable to make 1 of the classes, I can swap your paid session to another class, just get in touch. Spaces are limited — booking is essential.
