Open Farm Sunday at Haye Farm

Come to our guided farm walk on this mixed organic farm in the Tamar Valley. We have planted calabrese, and the cows have calved, ewes have lambed and the swallows and swifts are swooping, skylarks singing. About this farm: HayeFarmOnRiverTamar supplies Riverford and is a tenanted organic family farm growing vegetables and has been our home and where we work for 25 years. It is also the home to a Suckler Herd grazing on the beautiful carbon sequestering pastures, swallows, swifts, barn owls, g'horses' bats and much more We are also learning to grow nut trees and fruit including blueberries which like the local slightly acidic soil.
