Bristol Avon is a small, friendly, river club where quite a few Comets race. The wind can be very tricky, but this makes the Comet an ideal dinghy to sail here due its manoeuvrability. If there are enough attendees then the fleet would be split into two with separate starts, otherwise the start line would become too congested on this narrow stretch of the River Avon.
