Great fun exercise for the body and brain and very sociable. You don’t need a partner. A whole range of music in a safe environment, taught by an instructor with over 20 years of teaching experience. There are no cowboy hats or cowboy boots and definitely no Yee Ha’s! Just lots of fun.
