About this event
Read and Chat 11am – 12.30pm on the fourth Friday of the month This is a social group open to anyone who wishes to get out of the house, meet new people, and discuss books and stories. There are no set novels, genres, or styles of book. There is no snobbery – Shakespeare is not essential reading (although, bring him along if you wish!)! We each just bring along a book that we have been reading. We discuss fiction, non-fiction, biographies, podcasts, and audiobooks. The more variety, the more interesting the conversation. It’s also a great spot to pick up recommendations for your next read! People who read Braille are welcome. £2 per person – includes refreshments. No booking required just pop in and join in…
