Tuesday 6pm-7.15pm Avonmouth Community Centre Sessions will be £10 drop in ( Cash or via the booking system ), or you may book online via www.pilateswithsylvia.com for a block of 4 sessions for £32 ( £8 per session ). Those on a low income may have a 25% discount with prior arrangement. Streamed Live via YouTube Sessions will be mixed ability, with modifications and progressions given.
