Open Farm Sunday at Rock House Farm

We are a small family farm and welcome visitors to our 9th Open Farm Sunday. We plan to be able to create a friendly feel to the day and have our animals for visitors to see. We will have some new things to see and experience before relaxing with some home made produce from the farm shop and pop up cafe. Our sheep shearer Anna will be shearing our flock of mules, texels, and herdwicks so there will be an opportunity to help fold the wool fleeces and see how the process works. We will encourage you to take in the views of wensleydale from the farm. We as a family will be there to welcome you along with a great team of helpers who give their time to support such a fantastic event to explain where our food comes from and how we farm with nature. About this farm: Rock House Farm is a small family farm located on the pleasant green pastures of lower Wensleydale. We farm sheep, pigs, cows, chickens and provide produce for our locality which is Home Reared, Home Grown and Home Produced.
