Yoga & A Brew ​Start your weekend differently. ​Join us for a relaxed, feel-good yoga practise to wake up the body, clear the mind and set the tone for your weekend ahead. ​Think of it as your little Saturday ritual. No pressure, no high intensity, just a steady grounding flow to ease you out of a busy week and into a joyful weekend. ​We'll move for an hour, then stick around for a matcha or coffee from The Hatch afterwards. ​Whether you come solo, or with a friend, this is the space for you to reset, connect and build your Saturday ritual. ​All levels welcome.
