PaddleFit is a fun and energetic way to get out on the river while improving your paddleboarding skills and fitness at the same time.From sit-ups, press-ups, and planks on the board, you’ll challenge your balance, core strength, and endurance — all while enjoying time on the water with a great group.We finish each session with 15 minutes of stretching and relaxation, either on the board or by the river.Suitable for paddlers who have completed a SUP session with us (or equivalent).Participants must be reasonably confident paddlers and swimmers.You can bring your own board or hire one from us. Intermediate Session - Bodiam (Moving, footwork & playing on the board))

Intermediate SUP Coaching Session – Moving, footwork & Playing on the Board)Do you feel like your feet are glued to the board?Are you unsure how or when to move around confidently?This two-hour Intermediate SUP coaching session, is designed to help paddlers become comfortable moving around the board, developing balance, control, and confidence in a supportive coaching environment.The session focuses on using the paddle as a support tool, helping you overcome hesitation and build trust in your balance through guided movement and playful skill development.Session focus areas include:• Safe and effective foot movement and stance changes• Using the paddle for balance, support, and recovery• Developing confidence through progressive challenges and games• Improving balance and recovery when stability is compromisedThis is a fun, practical session where falling in is part of the learning process. You will leave feeling more confident, capable, and comfortable moving your feet and controlling the board.These sessions will be delivered in small groups of no more then 6.
