An informal class for members which involves conversations around a theme that we then explore through the Lift Qi Up Pour Qi Down practice of Zhineng Qigong. While these sessions are offered free of charge during the 7 day free trial membership (and occasionally through other initiatives), there is always the option to make a donation as a way of saying Thank You should you have gained value from the session over and above the price paid. Sunday Sessions - Teacher's Sessions

On the first Sunday morning of every month we open up an online space for Qigong teachers to come along. Anyone with an interest in teaching qigong is welcome. You can make a donation that reflects the value of the session using the link below (the amount donation amount can be changed and donations can be made at the end of the workshop) Session Feedback: Thank you everyone for today.
