Finding Words is a gentle arts‑based wellbeing group for neurodivergent adults who want a quiet, low‑pressure space to explore who they are. It’s designed for people who prefer environments where they don’t have to mask, perform, or explain themselves. You don’t need to be “good at art.” You don’t need experience. Everything is simple, sensory‑aware, and done at your own pace. This group is for anyone who is: diagnosed self‑identified questioning waiting for assessment or simply wanting a space where their way of being is understood This is not a therapy group, but it is a therapeutic, supportive space run by trained professionals.
