The whole community is invited to join together for some learning themed for the day, over a seudah mafseket - the traditional pre-Tisha b'Av meal of bread, egg and ash. This will be followed by (separate), candle-lit Masorti and Progressive services including Eicha (Lamentations) and Kinnot (liturgical poems of mourning).
