Coming to St. Saviours Church on Thursday 4th June at 7.00 pm Phil Dewhurst, known as Jinder, has a career spanning thirty years as a songwriter, author, and poet. He has toured with John Cooper Clarke and Benjamin Zephania. His discography includes fourteen albums, with the latest titled “A Million Points of Light.” One of his notable songs, “Keep Me In Your Heart,” gained popularity after being featured in the film “Fisherman’s Friends.” The concert will include a mix of songs, storytelling, and humor. Attendees can expect to hear new material from the upcoming album. The performance will showcase Jinder’s work and provide an opportunity to engage with his music And as his latest album goes on launch on 5th June you will be first to hear some of his latest music and songs Tickets are £7 on the door and beverages are available for purchase. Art and Craft Group

Enjoy a time of friendly encouragement, while you get creative. Set some time aside for your artistic or crafty endeavours: there will be lots available or you can bring your own craft project with you to craft in company! Art and Craft Connections is a place of fun, and a place of growth: friendships, craft skills, creative ideas, and links between people of different ages and cultures. All ages, all nationalities, all abilities welcome. Feel free to bring friends and neighbours with you. A limited range of art materials is provided, but you are most welcome to bring your own. Any queries, please contact Penny Fradsham via the office. Takes place: Monday mornings, 10am-12pm Venue: the Link Cost: no membership fee, but donations towards the cost of materials are welcome
