Please bring you own grip socks, if you don't have any we can lend you a pair or you can buy a pair for £3 Cancellation Policy At our Pilates studio, we strive to create a welcoming environment for all our clients. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone and maintain the quality of our classes, we have instituted a no credit refund policy for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to a class or 12 hours for members. The main reason for this policy is to prevent no-shows, which can block other clients who would like to join our classes. We have found many individuals are not comfortable being placed on a waitlist, so we want to ensure that all spots are available to those who are eager to participate. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but by adhering to this policy, we can better serve our community and make Pilates accessible for everyone.
