Each session focuses on practical methods to increase vitality, and strengthen positive mind set and virtues such as confidence, calmness and focus. I teach with a scientific approach and  not abstract theory. It’s measurable change that will impact every aspect of your life. This is structured training. You are shown exactly what to do, why you are doing it and how to apply it in everyday life. Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
