About this event
As a society, we rarely discuss death, even though death is the only inevitable thing in life. Death cafes offer an opportunity to share with others our experiences, ideas and feelings about death and dying. Whether you are coming to terms with death because of a terminal illness, bereavement or caring for a dying person, or just want to explore more, a Death Café is a place to talk. After all, the one thing we know for definite about ourselves is that one day we will die. Whether we have experienced the death of a loved one or not, we all know loss in some form. For any human being, no matter what stage in life, an awareness of the presence of death can help us live our lives more fully. Let’s talk about it! Find out more about death cafes at ‘ deathcafe.com ’.
