Join South Swindon Parish Council’s Community Gardener and other local volunteers for a hands-on gardening session in Broadgreen Community Park. We welcome new volunteers every session, so come along and meet the team! Whether you are an absolute beginner or seasoned gardener, sign up today! The Community Gardener supports various community gardens within South Swindon parish, either through maintenance or by providing guidance and support. They combine horticultural expertise with community engagement, working closely with Residents, Volunteers, Councillors and Council staff to develop beautiful spaces that help make South Swindon a better place for us all to live. What is a Community Garden? Community gardens are shared outdoor spaces that belong to the community. They can vary from raised beds and landscaped areas, to communal allotment sites and designated gardening areas. What about Cambria Park? The Cambria Park community garden is a friendly, community-led space maintained with the Growing South Swindon Community group.
