No one is required to share, and no religious background or knowledge is needed. This is a great place for spiritual explorers as well as those mature in their faith. Taketime meditations are based on Gospel passages, that enable you to enter into stories imaginatively - and give you an opportunity to speak to - and listen to, Jesus.
