One carer per wheelchair user may attend at no cost if booked at the same time. Please note that at present we regret the platform lift at the front entrance to the building is out of service. It is possible to gain access at the rear of the building with only one small step to negotiate, but you must contact the Tower office in advance if you wish to come in this way.
