Sifır is a new pop up collaboration between chef Alison Clare & Barbaros Tanc (Cafe Rust). Sifir is about cooking traditional Turkish dishes using sustainably sourced ingredients with a no-waste approach. The best local and regional produce paired with select dry ingredients from Karin & Barbaros' upcoming trip to Türkiye.
