Kintsugi Hope Group is a safe and supportive space for those who wish to explore and invest in their mental and emotional well-being. In this space, there is no shame or embarrassment for those struggling with mental or emotional challenges. This group will provide tools for self-management to help increase self-worth and confidence and invest in well-being. Providing pathways to additional support where needed. Groups encourage and value authentic, honest expression and loving, generous, and non-judgemental relationships. This is for people who attend E5 Church and have a meaningful connection with it (e.g. attending a small group or service group or being a church partner).
