About this event

Curious about Buddhism, or looking to reconnect with its timeless wisdom in everyday life? Our Sunday Dharma Talks offer a welcoming and relaxed space to explore Buddhist teachings in a way that is both practical and relatable. These informal talks are led by a rotating group of experienced Buddhist teachers and meditation instructors, each bringing many years of lived practice to their teaching. On the third Sunday of each month, they share insights drawn from the Buddhist tradition and from real life – speaking in a down-to-earth way that meets us exactly where we are. Each session includes time for reflection, open discussion, and plenty of opportunity to ask questions, whether you’re completely new to Buddhism or have been practising for years. And of course, there’s space to relax, connect with others, and enjoy a cuppa together after the talk. Everyone is welcome – no prior experience is needed. Format: Hybrid (In-person & on zoom) When: Third Sunday of each month Suggested donation: £15 per session How to Join?
