Each session is intuitively themed to reflect the energy of the month, offering a transformative experience to help release what no longer serves you and create space for healing and growth. Held at The Sussex Shala in Wilmington , this small, intimate group experience is limited to 10 participants, ensuring a supportive and personalized space for all. You’ll be guided through a tranquil journey incorporating a carefully chosen selection of crystals, Reiki energy, and collective intention. No prior experience is needed, just bring yourself and an open heart. A space to reconnect, recharge, and find harmony within. The Shala can be cool in the evenings, cosy layers and an extra blanket are warmly recommended. Advance booking is essential.
