Join us on Open farm Sunday 10-2pm, free entry, for a relaxed look at regenerative farming. Come meet the animals and farm machinery. Explore how we're building soil health, increasing biodiversity and producing food in partnership with nature. Visitors can have a guided farm walk and see the crops up close. Learn how healthy soil helps grow healthy food. See how we work with nature not against it. Local food and drinks available. Animals to see: Exlana sheep, lambs, hens and chicks. Machinery: combine, tractors and trailers. About this farm: Kirkburn Manor Farm is a regenerative arable farm of 300 acres with 150 sheep. It grows milling wheat for Wildfarmed, OSR, peas and linseed. We have some laying hens and bees. We will soon be opening a vending farm shop selling regeneratively grown highly nutritious produce. Highlights: Cereal crops (eg. barley, wheat); Oilseed crops; Sheep; Poultry; Environmental stewardship; Farm shop / retail
