Growing Healthy Families: Course for Parents

Growing Healthy Families – four sessions to help you inspire your children's faith!   We as parents have the greatest influence in our children's lives - we all want to bring up our children well. As Christian parents however, we have the added responsibility (and amazing opportunity) of nurturing faith in our children. At Emmanuel this summer, we are going to be running a four-week course packed with practical teaching, interviews, real family stories and opportunities for discussion. These will help to equip you as Christian parents and carers to nurture course will run for 4 weeks on a Sunday evening from 7:30 to 9.00 pm, and is aimed at parents and carers with children age 0-10. 1. What are we parenting for? 2. How do we set boundaries and find our parenting style? 3. How do we create a loving environment to nurture faith? 4. What about church, reading the Bible, praying and everyday conversations? We've set this online so that both mums and dads can come without having to plan for babysitters.
