Info: Think Like a Tree (TLAT) During the workshop you will spend time both indoors and outdoors taking part in activities and discussions using nature for inspiration. Become more resilient, achieve your goals, live more sustainably, enjoy each day, be more focused and creative, happier and relaxed. Make better choices, find solutions to problems, live with purpose and learn from nature. Think Like a Tree (TLAT) can help people to pause, review and plan for their future, including decision-making, lifestyle changes and careers. Led by trained facilitators. Suitable for adults and young people 10 years and older. Under 18s must be accompanied by a participating adult. Forest Bathing walks Take part in a slow, focused walk in a woodland, choosing to try out sensory activities amongst the trees. Forest Bathing is an ideal activity for developing connections within a group and/or between groups, leaders and teaching staff. Suitable for adults and young people 10 years and older.
