Harborne Pool & Fitness are running a girls-only after school fitness club for ages 9–15 designed to build confidence, strength, friendships and positivity in a safe and supportive environment. The Big Sister Project combines: Fun fitness sessions Boxing fitness Strength & conditioning Team challenges & games Confidence building Mentoring & leadership Music, energy & community Whether your daughter already loves sport or struggles with confidence, this club is about helping girls grow physically AND mentally while having fun after school with other girls their age.
