Travel in beautifully restored Pullman cars, purpose-built as first-class dining carriages, where timeless elegance meets attentive service. Rich wood panelling, classic upholstery, and immaculate table settings recreate the luxury once enjoyed by Britain’s most discerning railway passengers. As our coach pulls into Northiam Station at 12.30pm, the Pullman train will be waiting for us. As you reach the platform, Pulman Carriage Company uniformed staff will greet you with an aperitif before helping you to your own reserved table with personalised named place cards and Pullman Menu. From this moment onwards the Pullman Carriage Company staff will attend to your every need and silver serve your meal, just as they would have done back in the 1920s & 30s. Remember, you have staff at home to attend to your every need but on the railway it was the Pullman Carriage Company staff that continued the personal service you are use to. (You will be seated at tables of 4 or 2 plus only 1 table of 3. Parties of 2 or 4 are best as otherwise you will be seated with other people).
