About this event
Come along for a Saturday morning 5km run every week starting and finishing at The Courtyard! After the run, stay and hang out for coffee & cake or some of the Courtyard’s signature porridge to refuel! This is a great chance to get to know your fellow runners and indulge in the best bit of running - the post-run treat! The social side of running can be just as much fun as the run itself so we’d encourage you to stay and make the most of it
