Formed in the late 2000s in East London, the group quickly built a reputation for their energetic live shows and socially conscious lyrics, often reflecting themes of urban life, politics and identity. Fronted by the soulful vocals of Marcia Richards alongside Joshua Waters-Rudge (Josh Waters Rudge), Jamie Kyriakides and Jonathan Doyle, The Skints have carved out a loyal following across the UK and internationally.
