You’ll learn to create authentic dishes while exploring key ingredients, techniques, and an understanding of the balance of spice, sweetness, and umami that defines Korean cuisine. You will also become familiar with fermented ingredients, such as kimchi (spiced, fermented vegetables), which add depth and a distinctive tang to dishes.
