A non-religious expressive Sunday morning community dance. April 19th, 10:00-1:00 Come and move, play, and connect together This is a relaxed, joyful dance space for families and the wider community to gather, move their bodies, and feel good together. All ages are welcome — parents, grandparents, aunties, uncles, friends, and children of all stages. There are no rules, no steps to learn, and no pressure. Just move in the way that feels good to you. Children are free to dance, rest, or explore the children’s play area, lovingly set up with toys from the Derbyshire Toy Library. Little ones can flow between play and dance as they please, while adults get it down on the dancefloor. Please not children under one are free. What to Expect: A gentle somatic warm-up guided by Molly-May A spacious free dance with an uplifting, feel-good vibe A short cool down to settle and ground Time to eat, drink, and connect together afterward Hot drinks and wholesome food will be available to purchase, provided by Tia, so you can linger, refuel, and socialise before heading home.
