Heart & Mind - Christian Counselling - Wednesdays

We understand that seeking support can be a challenging step, which is why we partner with the charity Heart and Mind. Together, we are committed to offering confidential, means-tested counselling right here at the Redeemer Hub, in the heart of Ealing Broadway. Our goal is to provide a safe and compassionate space for everyone in need. We have slots available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays evenings.  The counsellor for Wednesday's slots is Aubrey:  Aubrey is a compassionate and dedicated counsellor in training, specialising in integrative counselling with a strong foundation in person-centred therapy. As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the Association of Christian Counsellors (ACC), he adheres to their ethical codes of practice. Aubrey creates a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and supported. His integrative approach blends various therapeutic methods, placing the client at the centre of the process and tailoring each session to individual needs while working collaboratively. Passionate about personal growth and emotional well-being, he offers ethical, professional care grounded in empathy and respect. Registered with the BACP and ACC. We're running Alpha! - Come and join us for food, fun, and meaningful conversations! We believe everyone should have the chance to explore faith, ask questions, and share their point of view[. Each evening includes food, a short film and a discussion at the end where you can share your thoughts. Alpha really is for anyone who's curious.
