Repairs & Remodelling We are now offering a full jewellery repair and remodelling service. Including ring resizing, chain repair, re-tipping claws, resetting or replacing stones, fixing broken ring shanks, and more! To get started, email us a photo of your jewellery to arrange a drop-off time, or bring it in on any Tuesday when we’re open for drop-ins between 11am–4pm. Repairs are assessed on arrival and we’ll provide a quote before any work begins. For anything outwith our in-house specialisms, your piece will be taken to our expert repair goldsmith here in Dundee, so we can guarantee the best possible result. For remodelling projects, Islay handles most of the commissions and will meet with you to chat through your ideas and explore what’s possible. If you prefer the style of another jeweller working from the studios you will be passed onto them after an initial consultation.
