Bridal Bouquets CourseOne Day Course Bridal bouquets are one of the most important flowery elements of any wedding. Sometimes for that reason they are the one thing that many florists feel least confident about making, and often the one thing florists dread. We have put together a one day course devoted purely to bridal bouquets. A whole day for you to play, experiment, hone your technique, learn from us and be inspired by fellow florists. Using an abundance of the seasons best flowers and foliage, there will be an array of colours, textures and shapes. We will show you how to make two different styles of bouquets. Starting with a front facing hand tied bouquet and then advancing to a cascade bouquet. There will be no chicken wire, eggs, holders or wires. Just you, your hands and the flowers! Adding a touch more of romance and luxury, your bouquets will be adorned with the most beautiful hand died silk ribbons from Somerset based company Heirloom Silks. Whilst we will demonstrate, talk you through the techniques and give you advise as to what flowers work well, the creative element is down to you. We recognise that each florist has their own individual style and we want to help and encourage you to confidently make bridal bouquets that you are proud to hand over to your wedding client. We will also show you different presentation, packaging and delivery methods to ensure your bouquets reach your client looking in perfect condition.
