Mae Taclo10 yn Aberdaron yn golygu rhedeg o amgylch ein llwybr aml ddefnydd ar hyd llwybr yr arfordir a ffordd gyhoeddus - cwblhewch hyn ddwywaith a byddwch wedi rhedeg 10k! Neu rhedwch un waith yn unig o amgylch y llwybr 5k a rhedeg pellter hirach wrth i chi deimlo’n fwy hyderus. Does dim pwysau arnoch o gwbl i gwblhau’r 10km llawn. Rydym wedi graddio’r llwybr yn las ar y canllaw llwybr rhedeg oherwydd y dirwedd anwastad a’r pellter o hyb y digwyddiad. Mae’r llwybr yn cynnwys rhedeg ar hyd llwybrau troed arfordirol cul a allai fod yn anwastad ac sydd â grisiau serth mewn rhai llefydd. Briffio yn cychwyn am 9am. Or complete the first 5k loop and call it a day and build up to more distance as you feel confident. There is no pressure to complete the full 10km, just breathe in the surroundings and enjoy the views as you go! We have graded the route blue on the trail running guide due to its uneven terrain and distance from the event hub. The route includes running along narrow coastal footpaths which can be uneven and have steep steps in places. Briefing starts at 9am. No need to pre-book.
