Dear All If you have already signed up for the BBQ, please ignore this email! Please sign up by tomorrow night so that we can order the burgers and sausages!! We hope you can join us for a BBQ after the service on the 29th June. Hopefully the weather will be lovely and sunny! You are all invited but if you can sign up below if makes it easier for us working out numbers. We shall have a variety of activities for all ages. We will provide the meat, rolls & drinks and if you could bring a salad as below or pudding that would be fab! If you are signing up as a family you might have to repeat what you are bringing but we know that you will be only bringing one thing per family. To help with this big event please also sign up to help in someway for a short while if you are able, as it makes it so much easier to have lots of help.
